A steel certification company based in Chicago needed a user-focused site that accomplished two goals:

  • Clarify the process of certification
  • Improve brand relevancy
FosterMilo conducted usability analysis and click analysis in order to determine user behavior. We then redesigned the site and implemented the Plone content management system. Post go-live, we ensured success by studying the resulting user behavior.
