Webmasters and marketers rarely come to the table without baggage. Whether it's a long (and sometimes unrealistic) list of feature requests or entrenched beliefs that technology is king, there's little opportunity for real knowledge exchange about websites and systems.
That's why my session at UNM's Anderson School of Management was such pure pleasure. Thanks to everyone for being there today and for asking such probing questions.
